In 2017, my wife Deb, my son Luke, and I launched our concrete lifting company with a simple but powerful goal: to be the kind of contractor people could trust—and proudly recommend to their own family. Two years later, my other son, Seth, joined the team, making it a true family business. Together, we bring a wide range of skills and experience, but we’re united by the same core values: hard work, honesty, and transparency. When it came time to choose a name, we wanted something that reflected both our craft and our character. We chose On the Level—a phrase that speaks not only to perfectly levelled concrete, but also to being honest, fair, and true in everything we do.
