SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance, security, and content strategy across all company websites.
  • Lead website improvement initiatives (UX, UI, SEO optimization, regional strategies).
  • Implement and manage analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush).
  • Ensure digital security and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn and Facebook strategies to grow reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Posts).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and CTR optimization.
  • Create and manage publishing calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content for internal and B2B audiences.
  • Produce compelling copy for case studies, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Translate technical information into clear, impactful messaging.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to track campaign, SEO, and lead performance.
  • Support CRM tool evaluation and implementation for improved pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver monthly executive dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Explore AI tools to enhance content, targeting, analytics, and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Business Development to align efforts with business goals.
  • Support regional initiatives while maintaining a consistent global brand (e.g., Social Media Ambassador program).
  • Partner with third-party agencies and vendors (design, events, print, etc.) to execute marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven results.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress (or similar CMS), Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing external vendors and consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative edge.
  • Track record of building and executing digital growth strategies end-to-end.
  • Working knowledge of website security and data privacy best practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Background in industrial or B2B marketing (construction, energy, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Graphic design ability with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-region operations.
